Up for sale is a terrific sounding amp by one of the foremost names in guitar amplification, Marshall...... The clean channel is typical of the clean channel on this Valvestate series.... You can really hear the difference that the tube makes in the sound of this amp.... Very bell like and with the complex harmonics that are only attainable with valves!

I don't believe the tube is a gimmick in this amp at all. The parametric eq with bass, middle and treble controls is very responsive and has a great range. This channel is also a great platform for pedals. Of course, where Marshall excels is the overdrive channel. This channel sounds simply AMAZING throughout its entire gain range!

You can go from really soft rock and country all the way to all but the most brutal genres of heavy metal! I've made sure that all the pots are clean and not scratchy.
