You want an all tube amp? This was a low cost model back in the day, but now it is the real deal. Yes, the rumors are true, the body is actually made of cardboard. I think this makes the sound a little more dead, but given the alternatives... Like a name brand model from the same year...

But would you really want to? Keep in mind that nobody manufactures 1 thick cardboard these days. I must say, this amp sounds clean at full gain. This would be the perfect guitar amp for a jazz combo. All that being said, it's also almost 70years old...

It has to be treated like an old lady. Paper caps, no circuit board and I wouldn't be a gentlemen without pointing out that it has a death cap... This amp is pro territory kid.
